After endorsing, the visa orientation is mandatory. The class is organized by the Nepal Government for the selected workers which make them aware on local culture, tradition, social practices, social and religious, taboos, norms and values. Orientation also takes the guideline in the field of their employment and directs them to maintain a good relationship and motivates them to their duties / responsibilities. It does also provide the guidance to the candidates from the departure to their destination.
